DG-20 Legacy in our live setup on Helix Stadium

When the sound follows the song, everything becomes more natural

With The DG-20 Legacy, the 15 tones are derived from specific moments in the repertoire: from the expansive clean tones of Shine On You Crazy Diamond and Us and Them to the rhythms of Run Like Hell, right up to the most intense leads of Time, Sorrow and Comfortably Numb.

On Line 6 Helix Stadium, all of this is rebuilt around the Stadium platform and its Agoura amp modeling.

Every song has its own space

Run Like Hell requires precision and delay, Money needs attack and modulation, while Time and Comfortably Numb call for sustain and presence. Shine On and Us and Them, on the other hand, rely mainly on space and delay tails.

For us, the point is not to find a single “Gilmour sound”, but to give each part the right character without losing balance in the band mix.

When control becomes part of the gesture

The Stadium version is not simply a conversion of the previous HX bank: the 15 tones are rebuilt specifically for this platform.

Before the concert, we arrange them according to the setlist and check input, output, levels and the transition to the next tone. This way, the change does not become an interruption, but a natural part of the performance.

When everything is ready, the rig stops demanding attention and leaves room only for the guitar.
